Happy New Year 2010!

Finally, the end of the year has come! Welcome 2010! But before that, here are some end of the year purchases.

I just had to order this. Luckily for me, HLJ restocked on BRS merchandise. I grabbed it as soon as I could. It should be here soon.

After completely regretting that I didn’t order the original BRS, I ordered this one instantly. The more I look at her, the more I love her. She may be even better than the original, in my opinion. She’s set to come out in April 2010, unless any delaying occurs.

Now back to New Years. This year’s going to be a very important year for me. I’m turning 18. I’m graduating high school and I’m going to college. I feel so old. Anyway, I’ve got some New Years resolutions:

1. Collect more figures (2010 looks like an empty wallet year for me.)

2. Learn more Japanese, especially more kanji.

3. Earn more money for figures.

4. Become a better Photoshop user.

5. Watch more anime.

Black Rock Shooter

One word: Awesome!

Lately, Black Rock Shooter has really grown on me. At first, I wasn’t too into the song or the figure when they first showed up. Now I love everything about BRS. The idea of a flaming eyed, cannon wielding, darker version of Miku is really unique, and I love Huke’s artwork and his characters. I even have the song on my iPod. As for the anime, I cannot wait.

It’s set to air in April. That’s so far away!

I missed out T_T I didn’t even realize how great she was, not to mention I was broke. But I certainly won’t miss out on this one:

There are some plushes of BRS and her arch enemy Dead Master available and Cospa made some awesome merchandise.

WANT!! Maybe after Christmas.

We’ll probably see more figures and merchandise in the future. A BRS nendo, perhaps? Or a figma? Maybe Dead Master will get the PVC treatment. Well, time will tell, won’t it?
